SOLOMON’S TEMPLE LODGE A.F.& A.M.
Solomon’s Temple Lodge in Uxbridge welcomes you to our internet home. Here, you can learn about our Lodge, our rich history, and the good works and good times that we share as a fraternity of Freemasons, often simply called Masons.
Freemasonry is a fraternity, a gathering of men who share ideals, hopes and values. We look to be better men as husbands, fathers, and friends, and thereby make our community a better place to live. We love our nation, salute our flag, and have faith in God. We are not a religious organization, nor a political organization. We are simply men, brothers of a sort, who seek to be stronger people.
If you are a member of Solomon’s Temple Lodge you may find information on meetings and events. If you are a Brother Mason from another Lodge, we hope you will find an opportunity to visit us in person!
For those of you interested in Freemasonry (often simplified to “Masonry”) we hope you find our site informative, answering some of your questions and introducing you to some of the work that we do. Masonry has long been regarded for its natural ability to enhance and strengthen the character of an individual man. This is accomplished by an unending stream of opportunities for fellowship, charity, education, and leadership, rooted in the three ancient Masonic tenets of Brotherly Love, Relief and Truth. These tenets are known to predate us by centuries and are thought to stretch back millennia. In Massachusetts, Masonry is known to go back to the formation of the American colonies, with many of our Founding Fathers having been Brothers.
And so enjoy your stay with us here. Contact us with questions, and come back to check for public events for you and your family.
